Potion Snap is a turquoise-to-purple aurora shimmer crackle polish with a bright blue Glow when charged by sunlight or UV light.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: For best results, apply a medium-thick layer of crackle polish over a base color or top coat. Polish will begin to crackle as it dries. Once polish it dried, you can seal it with a layer of top coat! Aurora effect will show best over medium-to-dark colors, GITD effect will show best over light-to-medium colors.
