Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Syzygy.Boston currently ships within the US and Canada.
I use recyclable, biodegradable, and/or recycled packaging materials when possible, and hope to improve in this area as I discover new options.
US Shipping is priced at-cost by service; however all orders over $100 ship FREE within the US, no code necessary.
Canada Shipping is currently all at-cost due to the high price of shipping across the border. I'm happy to assist with group-buy purchases should the interest arise.
TIMING
I do my best to ship out, with tracking, within announced turnaround time, which can be found on the Home Page Banner. I do not ship on holidays or Sundays.
Please note: I cannot control shipping times or delivery issues, once the parcel has left my hands.
Due to the current nature of shipping services, you may experience delays in receiving your package. Unfortunately, I do not have any more pull with shipping services in these cases than you do, so I recommend contacting your local office with your tracking information before I will consider a refund or *one-time replacement.
I will consider a package delivered when tracking shows as much, and ask that you contact your local branch directly for any shipping concerns. Contact me for issues with confirmed lost-in-transit orders.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS
I cannot accept returns on any cosmetic products, and in these cases, all sales are considered final.
I will consider refunds and *ONE-TIME replacements on a case-by-case basis in cases of broken/damaged packages or delivery issues. NOTE: Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery in cases of broken or damaged products; proof will be requested and required in order to process a refund or *one-time replacement.
*One-time replacement means that I will consider order replacement for a single order ONCE.*
