FAQ
Why do polishes look different in photos/on me?
A few reasons! First, colors may simply appear different due to the screen you view it on. That’s just technology for ya.
Second, skin tone and the source of light can have a big impact on how a color appears. Polishes may look very different indoors vs. outdoors, for example.
Note: I do my best to work with swatchers of varying skin tones, to allow you to get a better idea of how a polish will look on your hands. This is something I feel I will always be working to improve.
Lastly, I prepare polishes and oils in very small batches. While the individual ingredients do not change, and each batch is tested for accuracy, batches may show minor differences from one to the next.
