From Caroline: I'm running the Boston Marathon on April 17, with the Boston Public Library charity team. I'm super excited to be able to design this polish with Cassandra, and am glad that our work is going to a great cause, ensuring the Boston Public Library remains viable, engaging, accessible, and free to all.
The courtyard is one of my favorite places - it's serene and elegant, the perfect place for reading. This polish is inspired by the courtyard itself and the cream color of book paper too.
From Cassandra: When Caroline approached me about a charity polish benefitting the Boston Public Library, I was really honored to be involved. I went to college right on Boston Common, blocks from the BPL, and walked there often to research projects and borrow books. The accessibility of free information effected me first-hand, and I’m excited to help raise funds to help keep information free.
Reading in the Courtyard is built on a book-page-beige base, with a soft speckle of gold micro flakes, and a gold shimmery shift.
