This duo was born from the creation of the polish Love That Dirty Water - I knew I needed to do something with it, and decided to create a sibling polish for a beautiful, shimmery, shifty duo, celebrating the city I call home, Boston!

When the song "Dirty Water" by the Standells was released in 1966, the Charles River was notoriously so polluted that folk were using beer rather than bread to make water. Thankfully, due to years of work, this is no longer the case, but the song stands as a fun and pointed look at a wild time in Boston's past.
